JIMMY WILLIAMS
LEAD PASTOR
Jimmy is passionate about teaching God's Word and leading people to experience God in authentic, life-changing ways. Since the beginning of Pursuit Church in 2010, he has led church members to discover the joy of complete surrender to God and the victory of living a Holy Spirit-filled life. After many years of pastoral ministry, Jimmy is now bi-vocational, and spends his weekdays investing in the lives of 6th Graders at a local middle school. He and his wife Kay have two grown sons.
TWYLA HURST
WORSHIP LEADER
Twyla is a skilled musician with a gift for teaching, and leads Pursuit Church in worship each Sunday. She longs to see people praise God with all of their heart, mind, soul and strength, out of a genuine love for Him, and without being hindered by tradition or fear. Twyla is raising two sons with her husband Jody.
JAMEY BUSH
YOUTH MINISTER
Jamey, an office manager by day, and a goofball at heart, has been a youth pastor for over a decade. He has dedicated his life to building relationships with students, showing them what it means to love and follow Jesus, no matter the cost. Jamey heads up the junior high and high school students at Pursuit. He and his wife, April, have two daughters who love to watch Southern Miss sports with their dad.
APRIL BUSH
CHILDREN'S MINISTER
April oversees the Children's Ministry at Pursuit and coordinates the parents and volunteers that help with teaching, crafts, and games. She shares her skill and creativity as an artist with the kids in a way that brings the Bible to life for them. April's desire for kids to experience God at a young age is contagious. She's married to Jamey, and a fantastic mom to two girls.
